At Alstonville Optometry we backup our eyewear with an industry leading warranty and after sales service to give you confidence in your eyewear purchases.
If your Alstonville Optometry measured prescription requires a change within 3 months of purchase, we will replace your lenses at no charge to you (1).
As a loyal customer, in the event of an accident where your glasses are broken within 12 months of your optical purchase, we will replace your glasses for 50% off the original price (2). And of course, any manufacturing faults are covered by repair or replacement for up to 2 years.

We continue to care for you after collection through complimentary cleaning and adjustments for the life of your glasses.
1.The prescription Lens Guarantee does not apply to changes in optical prescription due to subsequent surgery, such as cataract surgery.
2.Broken glasses will be replaced once only, within any 12-month period, at a cost to the patient of 50% of the original purchase price. A limit of two replacements per patient will apply.
Broken glasses will need to be presented to the store for verification of damage to the glasses. Replacement of broken glasses will be at the discretion of Alstonville Optometry.
If the original optical frame is not available for the store to source to replace the broken glasses, then another frame of equal value will be substituted. Lost or stolen glasses are not covered by the guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover the costs to the patient for eye examinations if in the event the prescription needs to be updated following breakage of the glasses.
